Shipping Policy

At Elite Recovery Supply, we are committed to getting your recovery gear to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below is our full shipping policy to ensure you know what to expect when placing an order with us.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- High-Demand Periods: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- Order Updates: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control, but we’re always here to help if issues arise.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (In-Room Service)
We offer a White Glove Delivery option for larger or more premium items, such as massage chairs, recovery tables, or professional-grade compression systems.
White Glove Includes:
- In-room delivery to your room of choice
- Unboxing and light assembly/setup
- Packaging removal and cleanup
White Glove Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
Availability: Limited to select items and regions. If available for your order, the option will be presented at checkout.
Important: Please ensure clear access to your delivery location. Failed delivery due to blocked entryways or unavailability may incur additional fees.
ORDER ISSUES OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:
- Check your tracking details
- Contact the carrier directly for status updates
- Then reach out to us at support@eliterecoverysupply.com—we’ll advocate for you and help resolve the issue
PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Some oversized items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or military addresses. If your shipping address cannot be served, we’ll contact you directly with alternative delivery options.
