Do your products help with injury recovery?
Many of our tools are commonly used by physical therapists and trainers to aid recovery, reduce soreness, and increase circulation. However, we do not offer medical advice—please consult a healthcare provider if you’re treating an injury or medical condition.
Are your products used by professionals?

How long will it take to get my order?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Do you offer in-room delivery or assembly?
Yes! For larger items like massage chairs and recovery tables, we offer White Glove Delivery: in-room setup, unboxing, light assembly, and packaging removal. Availability and pricing vary by region and product.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Some oversized items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We’ll contact you if there’s an issue with your shipping address.

All payments are processed securely in USD through Shopify Payments or PayPal.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized via email first. Some items (e.g., clearance or customized equipment) are final sale.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
Unless your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend trackable shipping for high-value items.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Some large or specialty items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be clearly stated on the product page or during your return process.
How do I start a return?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send clear photos and your order number—we’ll make it right quickly and cover any necessary replacement costs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can accommodate cancellations or edits within 1 hour of ordering, as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. After that, it may need to be returned according to our Refund Policy.
