🚚 Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

White-Glove option available (7–14 business days). Some variants ship from the manufacturer; estimated delivery 3–5 weeks. See Shipping Policy.

You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.

Do you offer in-room delivery or assembly?

Yes. For larger items such as massage chairs and recovery tables, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes in-room setup, light assembly, and packaging removal. Availability and pricing vary by location.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

Unfortunately, give the oversized nature of most of our products, they require a physical street address. If delivery restrictions apply, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and pre-authorized via email before return. Certain products are final sale and are noted on their product pages.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

Unless your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How do I start a return?
