Refund and Return Policy

At Elite Recovery Supply, we’re committed to your recovery and your satisfaction. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within reason. Please review our policy below to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date on most products (see specific product page for supplier return details if they differ from our general policy.*
To qualify for a return:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
2. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included.
3. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
-Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
-Final sale or clearance items
-Digital gift cards
-Customized or made-to-order products
-Products marked "non-returnable" on the product page
HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin a return, please contact us at support@eliterecoverysupply.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A brief reason for the return
3. Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your item is eligible for return.
Important: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
REFUNDS
Returns are only offered on certain products. Please see product page for return details for specific product.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply on certain high-value or bulky items (clearly marked on product pages).
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@eliterecoverysupply.com and we’ll help you find the best solution.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number—we’ll work quickly to make it right at no cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed and the order may need to be returned under this policy.
POLICY ABUSE
We reserve the right to deny returns or limit service to customers suspected of abusing the policy, including but not limited to excessive returns, returning used merchandise, or fraudulent activity.
